Finally, through a different news article, some Improvements for New Players were announced:
- Overhauled the layout of the Compendium for better clarity, renamed the tab Game Contents to Player Guide, and expanded it to include various tutorials that explain basic game mechanics for beginners.
- Individual information points or instructions are now unlocked progressively as players advance in the game and achieve higher levels. This progression applies to every character on an account. For existing characters, all entries are already unlocked.
- Added subcategories to better organize entries within each category.
- All existing entries from the Compendium regarding game content, including the Wheel of Destiny, Hunting Tasks, and Daily Reward System, have been integrated into the Player Guide.
- Added the Player Guide widget, crafted to offer new players fast and straightforward access to essential game information.
- For new players, the widget is integrated into the interface by default in the second sidebar. It can be closed, moved, or resized as usual.
- The widget shows two different types of entries:
- Player Guide: The top half displays the most recently unlocked entry from the Player Guide. You can access the corresponding entry in the Compendium by clicking on the button. The bottom half shows the two prior unlocked entries, which also link to their respective Compendium entries.
- Level Up Notification: When a player character levels up, a notification displays in the widget for 15 seconds. If the level up also includes unlocked spells, these spells appear in the same notification window.
- Several quality of life improvements:
- The player character now automatically turns when moving in a direction, even if attempting to move onto an unwalkable tile or one blocked by an object. This feature can be enabled in the settings and is only activated by default for new client installations.
- The Quest Tracker is now integrated into the user interface by default for new players.
- The control buttons area in the interface has been expanded to include a plus button, which opens the 'Manage Control Buttons' option (still accessible via right-click).
- The server messages you receive on every login about your offline training progress and the Boosted Creature and boss have been shortened.
- You can now open your Cyclopedia map with the hotkey "M", unless you have assigned this key to a different function.
Further announced for the same patch on September 25, 2024:
- Fixed an issue where players were shown incorrect skill values when logging in after offline training.

Implementation of Amplification effects when upgrading boots, Doomforging, No Rest for the Wicked Quest, and Magical Archive. Your Supply Stash and Cyclopedia improvement, Quest Log and Quest Tracker rework, as well as addition of new mount, outfit, and equipment.
|
- Players will be able to stow all items which are in pristine condition in their stash, including equipment pieces that are not imbued or tiered as well as rings, Amulets and Necklaces that still have their full duration or all charges remaining.
- Containers, tiered items, items which cannot be traded via the Market (e.g. partially used items, imbued items), and some other exceptions (such as "unique quest items" and "special items") are excluded.[1]
- Your Supply Stash will be renamed to stash, and made available to Free Account players. It also will not count towards depot slot limit.
- More filtering options for item categories will be added.
- Exaltation Forge enhancements:
- Amplification, the inclusion of tier bonuses for boots. It is a passive bonus that amplifies the effect of equipped tiered items by increasing their trigger chance. The higher the tier on the boots, the greater this passive bonus.
- Players will be able to convert Dust and Slivers, and increase their dust limit from wherever they are, without having to visit the Forge.
- New No Rest for the Wicked Quest that delves into demonic worlds, with level 250 requirement.
- New areas and new monsters, having mechanics to be mastered.
- New Fiend Slayer Outfits as part of the reward, and possibility to drop item for a new Primal Demonosaur mount.
- Gather demonic core essences to become resilient against the infernal corruption lingering over the castle of Azzilon and its catacombs.
- Creatures in the Azzilon Castle are vulnerable to Ice, Holy, and Energy Damage and resistant to Fire, Death, and Earth Damage.
- Creature in the Azzilon Catacombs are vulnerable to Death and Earth Damage, and resistant to Ice, Physical, and Energy Damage.
- New Doomforge system, where players can upgrade Inferniarch Set weapons with power to rend, siphon, or drain enemies.
- New level 300 equipments, including the Inferniarch Set of weapons and new helmets for all vocations.
- New Cyclopedia subsections replacing "Combat Stats": Offense Stats, Defense Stats, and Misc. Stats.
- New tooltips have been added to provide more clarity and understanding.
- The Skill widget has been expanded to include the new data from the Cyclopedia, ensuring that the information is readily accessible.
- The following values will be displayed in the respective subsections:
- A second enhancement of the Cyclopedia, the Magical Archive:
- Lists all Spells and runes in the game, allowing players to search, filter, and assign them to action bars.
- Displays detailed spell information such as the icon, name, formula, vocation, and level requirements.
- The "Combat Stats" tab includes a graphical visualization of the spell, along with details such as its mana cost, spell group, base power, damage scaling, cooldown, group cooldown, damage type, and range. The newly introduced base power metric will allow comparisons of the base attack or healing power of spells within a vocation.
- The "Additional" tab displays the price, source, cities where the spell can be learned, and an enhanced description with details.
- The "Rune Spell" tab provides information about crafting the rune, including mana cost, spell group, level restriction, quantity, cooldown, group cooldown, and vocations that are able to create the rune.
- Quest Log rework:
- New interface, making it easier to view quests, tasks, and descriptions in detail.
- Implemented checkmarks for completed quests, quest pinning, show/hide options, searching, and sorting.
- Quest Tracker improvements:
- Simplified the navigation and interface, additional features and acoustic effects.
- Implemented checkmarks for completed quests, quest/mission names are confined to a single line, quest pinning, "Show in Quest Log" option.
- Added toggle settings to automatically add and remove quests to tracker.
- Charms system rework and expansion:
- Charms have been split into Major Charms (offensive/defensive) and Minor Charms, and it is now possible to assign one Major Charm and one Minor Charm on a given creature at the same time.
- Charms can now be upgraded from level 1 to 3
- Unlocking each level for Major Charms requires charm points, with the bonus of the second level matching the existing cost and bonuses of the charms.
- Unlocking and upgrading Major Charms will grant players Minor Charm Echoes, which can be used to unlock and upgrade Minor Charms
- The Cyclopedia now displays the precise trigger chance of each charm and for each level.
- All Charms can be reset and all points returned at once, costing
100.000 gold + 11.000 gold per level starting from level 101.
- Many Charms had their values adjusted:
- Curse, Divine Wrath, Enflame, Freeze, Poison, Wound, and Zap are now capped to cause a maximum damage of 2 times the character level.
- Adrenaline Burst, Numb, Cripple, Bless, Gut, and Cleanse had their values adjusted to 6/9/12%.
- Vampiric Embrace had its values adjusted to 1.6/2.4/3.2%.
- Void's Call had its values adjusted to 0.8/1.2/1.6%.
- Scavenge had its value adjusted to 60/90/120%.
- Six new charms:
- Savage Blow: adds 20/40/44% critical extra damage to attacks with critical hit weapons.
- Fatal Hold: adds a 30/45/60% chance to prevent creatures from fleeing due to low health for 30 seconds.
- Void Inversion: adds a 20/30/40% chance to gain mana when taking Mana Drain damage.
- Carnage: killing a monster has 10/20/22% chance to deal Physical Damage equal to 15% of its maximum health to all monsters in a small radius around it, capped to a maximum damage of 6 times the character's level.
- Overpower: attacks have a 5/10/11% chance to deal damage equal to 5% of character's maximum health, capped to 8% of the target’s maximum health.
- Overflux: attacks have a 5/10/11% chance to deal damage equal to 2,5% of character's maximum mana, capped to 8% of the target’s maximum health.
