- It is no longer possible to enter an IP address in the network options, the client will now automatically try to connect to the login servers.
- Characters will not stop anymore if items are moved or used in the inventory while walking. Dropping items will still stop the character.
- Editing long texts will no longer cause client crashes.
- Premia was moved to a stronger server.

- Bugfixes related to the usage of items and the Levitate spell were done.

- Changed some features in Tibia and fixed some bugs concerning game weaknesses and powergaming. Some of them have already been effective for a week, others are coming online today.
- summoned and convinced monsters will no longer yield Experience Points. This also applies to children of monsters, e.g. Poison Spiders of Giant Spiders. Instead they will also die when their parent dies. The experience points of the parents have been risen adequately.
- The behaviour of strong monsters has been changed.

- All boats and pyramids became protection zones.
- Non-offensive runes will automatically affect the user if there are more than one character standing on the field.
- Rope spots can no longer be blocked. You're always able to use a rope spot.
- You can now buy runes from NPCs.

The Shattered Isles, addons, improvements to the hotkey system, Stamina, skinning and dusting and the loot ownership system.

- The Shattered Isles were added to the game, composed of the isles of: Vandura, Meriana, Treasure Island, Forbidden Islands, Nargor and Calassa.
- Creature corpses can only be opened in the first 10 seconds by the player that did the most damage. Corpses cannot be moved by anyone in this time frame.
- Spawn blocking only affects the current floor.
- Stamina was introduced.
- Added the ability to use runes through the battle window.
- A new hotkey system, allowing players to set if they want to use an item on themselves, the target or the selected area via crosshair.
- If a boat or carpet NPC is busy, players can say "Please bring me to city" to be transported without waiting.
- Now players can unlock and use addons for their outfits.
- It is now possible to skin or dust certain creatures.
- A lot of new creatures were added like Pirates and Quaras.

This update had Ab'Dendriel revamped, Pits of Inferno and Dream Realm added as well as the Bank System and Quest Log implemented, among other improvements.

- Ab'Dendriel was revamped, receiving a new tree wall set.
- Many Rookgaard caves were changed so players can't get stuck without a rope.
- Pits of Inferno was introduced.
- Dream Realm was introduced.
- Characters now receive an empty bag after their death if they backpack slot is empty.
- Poison damage when drinking slime has been reduced and it can no longer kill you.
- Adding "sounds" to eating.
- Revised NPCs on Rookgaard (beginner-friendly); it is not possible anymore to accidentally sell/buy an item
- All healers will heal the character even when busy
- Just like drinking, eating will also make a sound now.
- "Select Outfit" dialog displays the name of the outfit
- Writeable documents contain the date they had been written (both when "used" and "looked at")
- Scroll arrows for tabs of chat windows flash up and indicate when new text was written in chat windows currently being hidden
- "You are dead" dialog after character died (with option to re-login with same character)
- Rookgaard trade channel (only for no-vocation characters); senior tutors and above can open both trade channels
- Some raids now feature quests.
- Bank System introduced.
