This is another spell that made its way to the magic schools from the shamans of Nibelor. Out of gratitude for the help the heroes provided for their cause, the shamans shared the knowledge of this spell that calls down the power of frost and ice to harm an opponent.
This spell belongs to the Special Spells secondary group, therefore it shares its cooldown with Strong Terra Strike.
