From an unspectacular beginning as a party gag among mages, this spell was heavily modified by a duo of geekish mages that felt they had become the victim of their colleagues once too often. The result of their research surprised them and led to their execution after what has become known as the 'birthday party incident'.
This spell takes into account the Level and Magic Level to determine how many turns it will deal damage to the target. The time it takes to execute the next damage turn, varies from 10 to 12 seconds. If the target is neutral to energy damage, it does 25 damage to creatures, and only half (13 damage rounded), to players.
