A Summoned Creature is a creature that appears after using Summon Creature spell, or the Animate Dead rune. Additionally, the Summon Familiar spell also creates a stronger summon with special skills.
You can only have up to 2 summoned creatures at a time.
Basic Information and Recommendations

- Summoned creatures will only attack when you have "targeted" an enemy. This means that summons cannot attack invisible creatures.
- Summons will always stay either directly diagonal or two sqm away from you when they come to rest. They will never stay adjacent to its summoner, unless its path is blocked. Any attempt to "push" a creature you have summoned into a position parallel to you will display the message There is not enough room..
- Summoned creatures cannot be pushed into holes or down ladders, and they will not follow you up or down stairs and ramps.
- If you move 2 or more levels up or down from your summons, they will disappear. They will also disappear if you move too far away from them on any level.
- If you die while having summons, they will die as well.
- Summonned creatures do not yield experience.
- If you summon a creature unable to sense invisibility, like a Demon Skeleton, and use the invisible spell or put on a Stealth Ring, the summons will not follow you until you are visible again.
Healing summons
You may not heal summons with potions. However, you may heal them with Intense Healing Runes, Ultimate Healing Runes, or Mass Healing.
Experience Gain
When killing a creature with a summon, you will only receive partial experience for the kill, with a minimum of 50%. For example, if your summon causes all of the damage to kill a Rotworm, you will only receive 20 experience (half). If you personally deal some of the damage, you will receive more.
The formula for experience gain is: player's exp gain + (summon's exp gain /2)
Summon Creature Requirements
Only druids and sorcerers can use the spell Summon Creature. Earlier in Tibia, Spell Scrolls would allow any character to learn this and other spells. However, since Update 10.55, knights and paladins who learned it through a spell scroll can no longer cast it. With the introduction of familiars, each vocation can cast its Summon Familiar spell.
