    Notes

    Ghouls are undead monsters that live in the holes and dungeons of Tibia. They are quite strong and extremely dangerous if they crop up in packs. Hiding in the darkness, they wait for incautious adventurers. They can heal themselves and suck life energy out of their opponents.

    Unlike most of their undead counterparts, Ghouls leave bloodstains when damaged.

    Location

    Ancient Temple in the Skeleton area, way to Mintwallin, Old Mintwallin Quest, Alatar Lake, Magician Tower, Mount Sternum Undead Cave, Ghostlands, Hellgate, Maze of Lost Souls, below Point of No Return in Outlaw Camp, Plains of Havoc in Necromant House, Drefia and Drefia's underground caves, Edron ghoul hill, Venore Amazon Camp underground, Venore Swamp Troll cave, Ghostship between Venore and Darashia, Triangle Tower, Dark Cathedral, Ankrahmun tombs, Isle of the Kings, Treasure Island, Nargor Undead Cave, Helheim, Lion's Rock, The Witches' Cliff (only accessible during a quest), a cave northeast of Ab'Dendriel and The Cave. Also found behind a wall in both Rookgaard and Paradox Tower, although they cannot be reached.

    Behaviour

    A ghoul attacks in melee range. A ghoul never retreats.
