Implemented for April's Fools Day. You can use it on yourself or your friends (while Not in a Protection Zone) and it will turn the person into a rat, a green frog or a chicken for a few seconds, while having a chance of breaking. Once it breaks it has a chance of spawning a Mad Sheep. For that reason it became a popular item for those who wished to train on remote locations or on Target Dummies and on May 2011 a small patch was added to prevent people from abusing this option making it possible to spawn a Mad Sheep once per 12 hours. The chances are around 3/4 that it will spawn a Mad Sheep upon breaking which leaves 1/4 chance that it just breaks without spawning it.
Looks the same as a Shapechanger.
