Part of the Killing in the Name of... Quest. The portal which leads to the boss is in -6 floor of the Peninsula Tomb (after teleport - you'll need a Scarab Coin), here.
You can find different interesting objects in his cave, such as: a Delicate Vase daily spawn, Strange Carving, Hieroglyph Banner, Pharaoh Banner, Hieroglyphs, Carving of a Scorpion, Scorpion Pillar.
