tibia

Autowalking in tibia refers to clicking on a point on your automap or game window and leaving your character to walk there without using the arrow keys. However, there is a range to the distance you can walk with one click, if it is too far you will see a white message at the bottom of the screen saying "Destination out of range". Usually, any point on the automap is in range, unless you have moved the map by the compass to the right of the minimap or the way is partially heading to different directions than destination, in this case, even though the point was within range in the moment you clicked on the map, your character will stop moving by the moment destination is out of range.

Note

Some items in game can be stepped on if you do it manually i.e. click on them in game window or use arrow keys to get ontop of them, however they can block your way if you are autowalking. As an example; standing at your depot locker with a parcel behind you; you can step on it manually then move anywhere but if you click on your automap, it will tell you there is no way.

Some items that you cannot autowalk over but can walk over if done manually:

Hint

Autowalking saves time and gives your hands a break, also allows you to talk while travelling on foot, but try to not do it unless you're watching where your character is going.
