A shortcut for Template:Ability, for debuffing abilities.
Syntax:

magic |
✗ | Use "yes" if the debuff reduces magic level, use "no" if it is not. |
value |
✗ | Value of the debuff as a fixed number or percentage. eg. 30% or 5 |
duration |
✗ | Duration the debuff effect the character in seconds, eg. 4~ |
scene |
✗ | The scene demonstrating the ability. Using Template:Scene. |
