1,000,000,000 hp? It'd take 23 250~ level mages firing SDs nonstop over a day to kill it (assuming it is neutral to death damage, SDs do 1000 each, and it has no self-healing). Is that number inflated or does the health drop drastically once its elements are all slain? Devo is immune for stealth.
Also, last wave or idk; it shoots some wave attacks. A lot of players (17) died at nerana cuz of it.
It surely has a beam attack that did ~950 damage to me (at least that strong cuz i died right after it) and probably a ball attack which dealt ~400 damage to me (just before i got hit by a beam).
