Under Ab'Dendriel's troll cave.

Behaviour

Ravenous Hunger attacks in melee range.

Strategy

Once it spawns, fill one side of the cave with Fire Bomb Runes and then bring the boss there. This will keep its summons away as long as you do not attack them. Mages should stand far from the boss or to the side to not heal him through his life drain wave.
