The Gnomish Crystal Teleport System is a means of astral transport from city to city. Players can access this form of transport by talking with Xelvar in Kazordoon. Use of the teleporter requires a 
Teleport Crystal, which can be bought for 150gp. You also need to be above Level 80. The hub is located above Gnomegate.
