Community Managers are employees of CipSoft, working at the Community Management department in Regensburg, Germany. They are often referred to by the CM acronym. CM characters are level 2.
Community Managers were implemented on September 1, 2008 by Cipsoft. The main reason for the implementation of Community Managers was to improve the community work of CipSoft by making a seperate function for them.
Duties
They are solely responsible for community work and not involved in any kind of rule enforcement. One of the community management's main tasks is to collect, evaluate and forward the player's feedback and ideas to the development team. Feedback is collected from several sources, such as the Auditorium, the Feedback Form, surveys, Fansites and social media.
