Category which contains all images, or rather the subcategories. This category should be without images.

All images in TibiaWiki should be in at least one of the subcategories here. Below is a summary of the first-level subcategories and how they should be used:

Categories for files which represent a specific page using an Infobox.

These should only be added using Template:Image Categories

• Category:Creature Images for all Creatures, including Bosses.
• Category:Effect Images for all Effects.
• Category:Familiar Images for all Familiars.
• Category:Imbuement Images for all Imbuement.
• Category:Missile Images for all Missiles.
• Category:Mount Images for all Mounts.
• Category:NPC Images for all NPCs.
• Category:Object Images for all Objects.
• Category:Outfit Images for all Outfits.

Important Tibia-content categories

• Category:Quest Images for images used in Quest Spoilers to give instructions or illustrate the quest.
• Category:Screenshots for screenshots of the game window, which can be used to display creatures, bosses, raids, rare items, etc.
• Category:Map Images for images of Tibia's map, typically used in Geography and Hunt pages to show a location's map layout.
• Category:Satellite Images for images of the Tibia world made by the combination of screenshots, without visible characters.
• Category:Client Feature Images for images (usually screenshots) displaying a certain Tibia Client feature.
• Category:Update Teaser Images for images (also usually screenshots) used on Updates teasers.

Fall-back categories

Some images do not fit into any of the regular categories above, but are still necessary. For example:

• Category:Unused Sprites Images for Images of Unused Sprites.
• Category:Other Sprites Images for Images of sprites such as Outfits not available to players or used by creatures, but used in temporary transformations (costume bags, Gamemasters, etc.
• Category:Update Pages Images for images used in Update Pages only which are not Teaser images, for example before/after comparison of changed sprites.

Categories necessary for TibiaWiki's website in general

• Category:Template Images for images which are used in Templates and other Tools.
• Category:TibiaWiki Images for generic "meta" images, most of which are not from the game itself but relevant to TibiaWiki in some way.
• Category:Icon Images for all sorts of icons used in the game, mostly in the client.

Categories of images of less relevance but that should not be deleted

• Category:User Images for images only used in User Pages, which are usually not relevant as main content regardless of what the image is.
• Category:Talk Pages Images for images uploaded exclusively to illustrate discussions in talk pages. These images may not be relevant anymore or even duplicates, but removing them will make the past discussions non-sensical.
